RETURN POLICY

We would appreciate your reason for returning the article, as it would help us to improve our service.

Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt.

We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned or exchanged articles are with the customer. After receiving your returned article we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7 days.

Antidote always keeps personal information like your name, address, email address, or phone number private and for process and delivery purposes only. Antidote does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders should arrive within 2-7 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Antidote is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Antidote has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that Antidote shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Antidote will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

IMPORT TAX

When ordering goods from Antidote for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Antidote is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Antidote cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
